The rules, without legalese.

Most "Terms of Service" are unreadable. Ours aren't. Read these once; they cover what we owe each other.

  • KolayVibe is a service operated by KolayVibe Teknoloji A.Ş. (Istanbul, Türkiye).
  • By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it.
  • You must be 16 or older.
  • Keep your password and API keys secret. Anything done with them is on you.
  • One account per person. Sharing logins violates the agreement and gets the account suspended.
  • Teams can have multiple seats — that's fine and supported.
  • No spam, malware, harassment, CSAM, or material that violates Turkish law.
  • No reverse-engineering, scraping, or training competing AI products on our outputs.
  • No attempting to extract other users' data or bypass quotas.
  • We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations, with notice when possible.
  • Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.
  • KolayMiles (KM) credits expire 12 months after purchase. Unused KM on free accounts expire monthly.
  • Refunds: 30 days, no questions asked, for first-time purchases of training tracks.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice for active subscriptions.

Your content, your rights

  • You own your prompts and outputs. We claim no ownership.
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and route them through model providers strictly to deliver the service.
  • You're responsible for making sure your use of model outputs complies with applicable law and the provider's terms.
  • The service is provided as-is. AI models can hallucinate. Verify before relying on outputs in production or anything load-bearing.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
  • We may update these terms — material changes get 30 days' notice by email.
  • Governing law: Republic of Türkiye. Exclusive jurisdiction: Istanbul Courts (Çağlayan).
