What we collect
- Account details you provide (name, email, password hash, optional profile photo).
- Usage data when you use KolayVibe: prompts, completions, skills triggered, KolayMiles spent, model selections.
- Device & technical signals (browser, OS, approximate region from IP) for security and analytics.
- Billing details handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never store full card numbers.
Why we collect it
- To run the service — sign you in, route your requests to the right model, bill correctly.
- To improve the product — aggregate analytics about which features are working, which are slow.
- To keep things safe — detect abuse, prevent fraud, enforce our terms.
- To communicate — transactional emails (receipts, security), and the weekly digest if you opted in.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- We do not train foundation models on your prompts.
- We do not share content with third parties beyond what's needed to route your model call (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, your chosen provider).
Your rights (KVKK · GDPR)
- Access — request a copy of everything we have on you.
- Correction — fix anything that's wrong.
- Deletion — close your account and erase your data (some billing records must be retained for tax/legal reasons).
- Portability — export your skills, threads, and KolayMiles ledger.

Retention
- Account data: until you delete the account.
- Threads & prompts: 90 days by default, or until you delete them. Pro users can extend.
- Backups: rolling 30 days.
- Billing records: 10 years (Turkish tax law).
Cookies
- Strictly necessary: session, CSRF, preference. No banner.
- Analytics: PostHog, anonymized. Opt out in Settings → Privacy.
- No advertising trackers.
